Japanese musician MIYAVI, known for his finger-slapping guitar technique and involvement in the rock group super group S.K.I.N., has been performing around the world and even moved to the US in 2014. He played the American national anthem, The Star Spangled Banner, at LA’s Dodgers stadium in 2019. How did American react?

I moved to the States five years ago and then I actually had a hard time.
I came here with my family.
I grew up in Japan. I had no knowledge or experience, you know, to be here in America.
But, um… This country welcomed us. I really, really appreciate that. You know, the generosity this country has.
Now, fans at this time we ask you to please rise and kindly remove your hats and join in the singing of our national anthem. Please welcome back, internationally recognized Japanese guitarist and singer-songwriter, MIYAVI.
