There’s no shortage of Donald Trump in 2024. From running for US president for a fourth time to his many political scandals and legal issues. Since Trump is the Republican front runner, we decided to take a look at some of the craziest things Trump has said in the 2024 race.
In this two part video lesson, we will take a look at the lighter side things with what kids think about Trump. In the other video we will examine what Trump has been saying in his 2024 campaign and more importantly, what it actually means. It is a fascinating look at Trump and language. It’s hilarious, and also quite frightening.

China has total respect for Donald Trump and for Donald Trump’s very, very large… ah… brain.

You know why I like him? Because he said on television on the… one of the… “I love Donald Trump.” So, I love him. I love him.
- Do you believe that Vice President Kamala Harris is only on the ticket because she is a black woman?
Well I can say no. I think it’s maybe a little bit different. So, um, I’ve known her a long time indirectly. Not directly very much. And she was always of Indian heritage. And she was only promoting Indian heritage.
I didn’t know she was black, until a number of years ago when she happened to turn black. And now she wants to be known as black. So, I don’t know. Is she Indian or is she black?
- She has always identified as a black person.
But you know what?
- She went to a historically black college.
I respect either one. I respect either one, but she obviously doesn’t, because she was Indian all the way. And then all of a sudden, she made a turn and she went… she became a black person.
- Just to be clear, sir; Do you believe that she…
I think… I think somebody should look into that, too, when you ask… continue in a very hostile, nasty tone.
In Springfield, they’re eating the dogs. The people that came in, they’re eating the cats. They’re eating… they’re eating the pets of the people that live there and this is what’s happening in our country. And it’s a shame.
- I just want to clarify here. You bring up Springfield, Ohio and and ABC News did reach out to the city manager there. Um, he told us there have been no credible reports of specific claims of pets being harmed injured or abused by individuals within the immigrant community.
Well, I’ve see people on television…

The people on television say my dog was taken and used for food. So maybe he said that and maybe that’s a good thing to say for a city manager.

…say my dog was eaten by the people that went there.
- Again, the Springfield City manager says there’s no evidence of that.
